Welcome to Predikcije ("we," "our," or "us") and Rival: Knight Arena ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and services.

1. What Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

1.1 Account and profile data

Profile info you choose to provide (e.g., username/nickname, profile settings).
Authentication tokens and session information needed to keep you signed in.

1.2 App usage and gameplay data

Your in-app activity (e.g., predictions, results, points/XP, leaderboards participation).
Settings and preferences you choose (e.g., language).

1.3 Technical and diagnostic data

Device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version).
Crash logs and performance diagnostics (if enabled).
Security logs (e.g., IP address and timestamps) for fraud prevention and abuse detection.

We do not intentionally collect precise location data. If IP addresses are processed, they are used for security, fraud prevention, and compliance.

2. Why We Use Your Data (Purposes) and Legal Bases

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases under GDPR:

To provide the Service, create and manage accounts, and enable sign-in (Contract – Art. 6(1)(b))
To run gameplay features (leaderboards, scoring, competition participation) (Contract – Art. 6(1)(b))
To secure the Service, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce rules (Legitimate Interests – Art. 6(1)(f))
To provide support and communicate with you (Contract or Legitimate Interests – Art. 6(1)(b)/(f))
To improve the Service and understand usage (Legitimate Interests – Art. 6(1)(f), or Consent – Art. 6(1)(a) where required)
To administer prizes (Contract/Legitimate Interests; and legal obligations where applicable – Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)/(c))
To comply with legal obligations (Legal obligation – Art. 6(1)(c))

3. Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only when necessary, including with:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
Analytics and crash reporting providers (if used).
Customer support tools (if used).
Authorities when legally required.

These providers act on our instructions as processors where applicable. We do not sell your personal data.

4. International Transfers

If personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), where required.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including: to provide the Service, enforce rules, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Security logs are retained for a limited period appropriate for security and abuse prevention.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). However, no system is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the App.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Predikcije (including Rival: Knight Arena ("the App") and any related web experience), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Sign-In

You may use the Service by creating an account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the integrity of the Service.

3. The Service and "Predictions"

Predikcije and the App provides features such as predictions, leaderboards, points/XP, competitions, and stats. The Service is intended for entertainment and competitive gameplay.

We may add, remove, or change features at any time, including scoring logic, formats, leaderboards, and competition structures.

4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate leaderboards, or use bots/scripts,
create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage,
attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing security,
harass, threaten, or post unlawful, hateful, or abusive content,
impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation,
upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

5. User Content

"User Content" includes any content you submit or make available through the Service (e.g., username, profile text, comments/chat messages, predictions).

You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use your User Content as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Service (including leaderboards, stats, and community features).

You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

6. Community Guidelines

If community features exist (comments, chat, leagues, profiles), you must follow our Community & Content Guidelines. Repeated or severe violations may lead to enforcement actions including permanent bans.

7. Competitions

The Service host competitions. Each competition may have specific rules, eligibility requirements, winner selection criteria, tie-breakers, and claim deadlines.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., Google sign-in) or show third-party links. Their terms and policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

We own (or license) all rights in the Service, including software, branding, design, and databases, except User Content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless we explicitly allow it.

10. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or outages.

We may offer beta/experimental features "as is" and may modify or discontinue them at any time.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy or in the in-app settings (if available).

We may suspend or terminate your access if (a) you violate these Terms or Competition Rules, (b) your activity risks harm to other users or the Service, or (c) we are required to do so by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Belgrade, Serbia will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the Service.
